Order Cancellations
A fee of $6.00 will be charged for any cancellation that is made in the first 24 hours following your placed order. After the first 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be $15.00. If an order is ready to be shipped or in the process of shipping, a cancellation will not be performed.
Exchanges
We do not handle exchanges directly. In order to get the correct item, follow the same instruction for Returns above. Meanwhile, please feel free to place a new order for the correct item online.
Returns
Items must be returned within 10 days from receipt of merchandise. Items must be in their original condition with labels/tags still intact. Any washed, worn, altered, embroidered or stained items cannot be returned. All clearance items are final sales and therefore are excluded from our return policy.
All returns must be authorized so please contact us before returning any purchases. We will then issue you an RAN (Return Authorization Number) and a Return Address as soon as possible. If you are returning items from multiple orders, please request a RAN for each individual order separately.
Write down the RAN on the back of the original packing slip and include this slip when you return the merchandise. Also, put this RAN on the outside of the package you are using for returning.
Do not return any items to the address on the package label or packing slip. Return items that are sent back without a Return Authorization Number or to an incorrect Return Address will not be accepted and your account will not be credited.
Customers must pay for shipping on returns. COD on return shipments is not acceptable. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless items are defective. We strongly recommend that you ship your returned items via an insured carrier who can provide you with proof of delivery. We can not be held liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our return department.
Please understand that it can take up to 15 business days for us to receive and process your return. The cost of the returned items less restocking fees will be refunded to the credit card account that you used for this purchase.
We reserve our right to charge shipping fees for any packages that are returned to us due to customer refusal or an undeliverable address.
Incorrect Shipments/Shortages/Manufacture Defects
In case of incorrect shipments/shortages/manufacture defects, all claims must be presented to us via Email within 5 business days from receipt of merchandise. Be sure to mention your name, order#, items to be returned, and reason for return.
Restocking Fee
All returns other than incorrect shipments/shortages/manufacture defects are subject to a restocking fee of US $3.50 per item and another US $3.00 for each additional item.
