Ted's Medical Threads is not currently set up to process tax-exempt purchases or accept exemption certificates. 6. Shipping & Delivery

We primarily ship using USPS Priority Mail.

Typical processing times are:

  • In-stock items: 1–6 business days
  • Delivery: generally 2–6 business days after shipment

Orders containing embroidery or custom alterations may require additional processing time.

We currently ship throughout the United States, including:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Marshall Islands
  • Palau
  • Federated States of Micronesia

We also ship internationally to:

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
